We offer sea trials to ensure our clients find the perfect boat for their needs. We Keep It Simple 

As we strive to keep things simple and transparent, we offer a comprehensive repower process that includes the following steps:


1. A Conversation: At our company, we prioritize meeting our customers in person to understand their specific needs and preferences when it comes to purchasing a boat. We take into consideration factors such as budget, desired size, the location where the boat will be used, boating experience, and any additional requirements to ensure that we are able to offer the ideal boat and provide a smooth buying experience for our customers.

2. Test The Waters: Once we clearly understand your preferences and budget, we can explore our current inventory to find the perfect boat for you. Our Winthrop location has a wide selection of boats available for display, and we offer the opportunity to sea trial them on-site. This allows you to experience firsthand how the boat handles and performs, as well as determine which options and features are most important to you beyond what is seen in a showroom.

3. Estimate & Deposit: Once you have selected a model, we will proceed to finalize the pricing and strike a deal. If you have a trade-in, we will factor its value into the agreement. In case the desired boat is not available, we can place an order with a deposit. Additional options and features can be added later, as our facility offers comprehensive repair and modification services.


4. Delivery & Walkthrough: After completing the necessary procedures for transferring ownership, registration and dealer prep, our team will notify you to collect your vessel or arrange for delivery to your driveway, mooring or slip. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a comprehensive vessel walk-through, taking you for a ride to ensure you are familiar with all features and options and can fully utilize them.

5. Dealer Support & Guidance: Our dedicated team is available to answer any questions or provide guidance on operating systems during your initial trips & beyond. We prioritize customer satisfaction and have a close relationship with NauticStar, ensuring prompt and enthusiastic assistance with warranty and repairs.

6. Initial 20HR Service: Yamaha, Mercury, and Suzuki recommend regular maintenance after the first 20 hours of operation, including changing the gear oil, engine oil, and oil filter. Your vessel will be hauled, serviced, and re-launched, with all relevant documentation uploaded to your motor's serial number to maintain warranty repairs. This ensures that your motor is in optimal condition and any future repairs can be easily tracked.

7. Get Out & Enjoy! It's time to relax and get out on the water! We are always one phone call or email away for any service requests or questions you may have.
